1.3. Joey Molland (*June 21, 1947) was the last surviving member of the core lineup of the Beatles-backed 1970s rock band Badfinger, which had started out as The Iveys. The guitarist joined the band after their first LP in 1969 and recorded five albums with them until 1974. Over the course of his career, he recorded both as a solo artist and with Natural Gas and George Harrison. In the early 1980s, he formed his own version of Badfinger, known as Joey Molland's Badfinger, and toured with this band until the summer of 2024 (due to pneumonia).
